Running this with a group?

The Founder Quest and the guide are built for one person at a laptop. If you're running it with a classroom, a club, a youth group, or a few kids at the kitchen table, tell us about your crew and we'll build you a custom coach kit, on the house. It's how the program started, a dad running it with his own kids.

What a coach kit includes

A coach's runbook that ties the six phases together and tells you when to step in and when to step back
Check-in questions and simple ways to see whether each person actually gets it
Personalized field-test files with your own group's codenames and access codes, so nobody can just copy answers
Setup notes written for someone who is not technical
