A few honest notes

Budget is a dial, never a gate. A real operating budget or almost nothing at all, the same six phases work. If a builder is under eighteen, a parent stays in the loop for the money, the legal steps, and any age-gated accounts. And the whole point is not the business they build. It is that they leave trusting the tool and checking it at the same time.
